Regulations

Preamble:

The purpose of these regulations is to avoid any misunderstandings regarding pricing conditions and the student's attendance.

Article 1 – Price

The base price for individual coaching is €70 including tax.
Transportation costs are not included when coaching is provided outside the travel area specified on the website.

Article 2 – Payment Methods

The cost of a package can be paid by one or a maximum of two checks or bank transfers made out to Elitsa Denninger.

Article 3 – Refunds

Except in cases of force majeure, once payment has been made, the student cannot be refunded if they discontinue vocal coaching.
The 7-day withdrawal period for online purchases applies in case of online payment.

Article 4 – Attendance

Student attendance and punctuality are essential.
If a student is late due to personal or professional obligations, they must promptly inform their vocal coach.
The coach is not obliged to make up for the time lost due to the student's lateness.

Article 5 – Absences

If a student is absent for personal or professional reasons, they must inform their vocal coach as soon as possible.
In this case, unless otherwise agreed between the coach and the student, the coaching session will be deducted from the package and made up according to the availability of both parties.
Except in cases of force majeure, if the student informs the vocal coach less than 24 hours in advance, the session will be deducted from the package and will not be rescheduled.
If a student is exposed to a risk of COVID-19 contamination, they must inform their vocal coach.
In this case, the coaching session may be held remotely or postponed to a later date.
